Ines Sun started her art training at the
Art Students League of New York in New York City with Abstractionist- Mr. Frank O’Cain, whose style developed from the New York School of the Abstraction Expressionism. Sun’s painting strives for emotion yet constructed on the sensible pictorial space. The painter once said,” This world we live in is composed with too much of the imperfect moment. I paint to create the rare perfect moment for the viewers to share my spirited mind.”
Currently Sun and her family relocated from New York City to study Chinese Brush Painting at the China Academy of Art in Hangzhou, China. She wishes the Chinese living contrasts her long time New York City lifestyle; therefore it stimulates her creative path.
